Exhibitor conditions
We ask exhibitors to sponsor the symposium for 2000 euro (gold sponsorship package). This includes
- Standard stand construction
- Free registration of max 2 people (additional representatives of your company can register as participants)
- Access to all sessions
- Logo of your company on the invitation brochure and participant’s folder as soon as we receive a proof of payment
- Leaflets in the symposium bag
- Participant’s folder
- Lunch on Thursday and Friday
- Coffee breaks
- Participation in the social program (guided tour + dinner at the Faculty Club)
Exhibitors
Standard stand construction
Each exhibitor will have a table of 1,80m x 0,80m, three chairs, two panels of 1,00m x 2,00m and a socket.
The panels are connected with hinges. Only pins can be used to attach materials and will be available. You are allowed to bring your own stand. A different stand construction or additional materials can be discussed with
