Registration fee

250€ per person when registered and paid before March 31, 2009
280€ per person when registered and paid after March 31, 2009

The fee covers all sessions and access to the industry exhibition, a participant's folder,
two lunches, morning and afternoon refreshments and certificate of attendance.

If you want to attend the social program (guided tour + dinner at the Faculty Club) on Thursday evening, the supplementary fee is 50€.

An invoice will be issued to you upon receipt of your registration form.
Your registration is not confirmed until full payment is received.

Cancellation policy

For cancellation within four weeks (after May 20) of the start of the symposium, 50% of the registration fee is due to cover our costs.
For cancellation within two weeks (after June 3) or no-show, registration will be billed in full.
There is no penalty if you send someone else in your place, but please inform us.
