WHAT?
The specific aims are to compare and share experiences of implementing and living with quality systems and to examine cases of concrete situations related to quality processes that may arise in laboratories, like non-conformities, reporting, training etc. Furthermore the common deficiencies in a quality management system and the ways to proceed in accreditation will be discussed during expert-led interactive sessions in small groups. ISO 15189 will be used as the reference standard during the workshop.

For those who would like to learn more on quality management and accreditation.
For those who would like to improve their current quality system. These workshops are of developed especially for laboratories at the start of the implementation of a quality management system.
Participants include lab directors, scientists, technicians and quality managers.
The number of participants is limited to 25.
The workshops are in English.
REGISTRATION
The registration fee for this workshop is 400 euros per person (500 euros for industrial partners).
The fee covers documentation, restaurant dinner together on Friday evening, plus two lunches and morning and afternoon refreshments.
Travel and hotel are at the expense of your laboratory.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellation within 6 weeks of the workshop, 50% of the registration fee is due to cover our costs.
For cancellation within 3 weeks or no-show, registration will be billed in full. There is no penalty if you send someone else in your place.
ACCOMMODATION
Registration fee does not include hotel accommodation. Participants should arrange their own accommodation.
