Diagnostic Molecular Genetics Best Practice Meeting - registration for meetings

The EMQN in conjunction with EuroGentest is organising two best practice meetings in 2008 for genetic diagnostics.

The EMQN in conjunction with EuroGentest is organising two best practice meetings in 2008 for genetic diagnostics. The meetings will develop or update best practice guidelines for the following two disease services:

• Long QT Syndrome (LQT): 22nd and 23rd September 2008, Oxford, UK
  Local organiser Anneke Seller
• Myotonic Dystrophy (DM): 31st October 2008, Nijmegen, The Netherlands
  Local organiser Hans Scheffer

Scientists may register their expressions of interest to attend the meetings by filling in an online form available from the EMQN website (www.emqn.org/bestpractice ). The period for submitting the expressions of interest finishes on the 25th of July 2008. After this date, the EMQN staff will review all the expressions of interest and in the case where more than one scientist wishes to attend the meeting from your country, your EMQN national partner will select the most appropriate person. Confirmations for successful applicants will be send out after the 15th of August 2008.
