What

The project management is a team of 6 persons assisting the Network Coordinator with the day-to-day management tasks. The team is composed of the coordinator, the co-coordinator, the professional management group Yellow Window (division of EADC NV), a representative of the catholic university of Leuven, an ad hoc unit leader and the administrative secretary.

The team meets every month, takes the day-to-day decisions regarding the overall management of the NoE and prepares the decisions to be taken by the Steering Committee.

It is called Network Office in the Consortium Agreement, and in practice called the 'Management Meeting'.

Main responsibilities of this team are linked to administrative matters, overall reporting towards the EC, integration activities, internal and external communication, financial coordination and supervision.
