A three-day course, “Genetics, Ethics and the Law,” sponsored by the University of Virginia School of Law in Charlottesville, Va., during May 29-31, 2009.
Targeted at genetic counselors, physicians, nurses and other healthcare providers, the course will explore the legal and bioethical implications of novel genetics and genomics from American and global perspectives, through a series of lectures, workshops and case discussions.
