Event - BASIC WORKSHOP - internal audit (WP 1.8)

What

The aim of this workshop is to train the participants to efficiently and effectively direct and/or participate in a laboratory audit in the spirit of peer review and education. Participants are motivated to exchange ideas and learn from each other and the experts, by general presentations, role play, video fragments and group discussions.

 

For who?

These workshops are of equal value to accredited and non-accredited genetic testing labs.
Participants include lab directors, scientists, technicians and quality managers. Basic knowledge on accreditation quality systems and ISO 15189 (or ISO 17025) is expected.

The workshops are in English.

The number of participants is limited to 25.

 

Registration

It is highly recommended to bring the ISO 15189 accreditation standard for medical laboratories with you.
In case you do not have ISO 15189 you can order a pdf version in combination with your registration for this workshop.

Registration fee for this workshop is 475 euro per person
Registration fee for industrial partners is 575 euro per person

Registration fee + ISO 15189 standard in pdf is 600 euro per person
Registration fee + ISO 15189 standard in pdf is 700 euro per person for industrial partners

The registration fee covers documentation, dinner on Friday evening, plus two lunches and morning and afternoon refreshments.
Travel and hotel are at the expense of your laboratory.

Accommodation

Registration fee does not include hotel accommodation. Participants should arrange their own accommodation. Due to the fact that hotel rooms are limited, early reservation is highly recommended.

Cancellation policy

For cancellation within 6 weeks of the workshop, 50% of the registration fee is due to cover our costs.
For cancellation within 3 weeks or no-show, registration will be billed in full.

If you are unable to attend you may nominate a replacement participant and transfer the registration any time before the first day of the course.

EuroGentest reserves the right to cancel courses should insufficient registrations be received.
In that case, you will be informed 8 weeks before the workshop and the full registration fee will be refunded.

EuroGentest can not be held responsible for any additional financial loss incurred as a result of cancellation.
