Definition of Genetic Testing

The EU commission has identified the need to establish a common terminology. The service of Mr Christian Patermann has now started to work on this in collaboration with J.-J. Cassiman (BE), H.R. Abbing (NL), U. Kristoffersson (SE), J. Sequeiros (PT) and D. Kenneth (UK) who kindly indicated their willingness to contribute to the preparation of a first draft.

Jorge Sequeiros (Unit 3) has taken the lead in this for EuroGentest. Interested geneticists can contact us if they are willing to contribute.
