Orfeu Flores

P31 Orfeu Flores STAB VIDA is a research company on the diagnostics and vaccine stabilization area. It is also a service provider for academia, biotech start-ups and pharma companies, on several laboratory routines on molecular biology, namely genomics, proteomics, genotyping and microorganisms identification. Additionally, we render services for acute toxicity testing, namely for our sister company who focus on drug discovery, using DNA arrays and cell lines arrays. Under FP5, STAB VIDA started an IST project for “A virtual laboratory for accessing and integrating genetic and medical information for health applications”, to be soon hosted and publicly accessible on our webpage. STAB VIDA aims at adding more laboratory routines, namely for genetic testing in clinical and veterinary samples.
