Peter Rosseel

P30 Peter Rosseel is the Director of Life Long Learning at the University of Leuven and head of division of the Centre for Educational Change, Leadership and Intercultural Growth at KULeuven Research and Development. He is also an extraordinary Professor at the University of the Freestate in South Africa.
His research interests lie in the domains of Instructional Psychology, Change Management and Corporate Communication. He lectures on Academic Entrepreneurship, Management of Diversity, The Human Side of Change, Leadership, Intercultural and Team Management and Performance Management. Within his function at the University of Leuven, he manages research and education projects for the European Commission and the Flemish Government that have resulted in several high level publications. On the basis of his research in the above-mentioned domains, he is frequently consulted by large corporations worldwide such as Microsoft, Sony, British American Tobacco, Accenture, Cisco, Pick ‘n Pay, Edgars and Banksys. In 1999 he founded a company Management Consulting and Research (MCR). MCR – an SME - is a spin-off of the University of Leuven. The company focuses on training, development and coaching of soft skills and does consulting and training in the domain of the human side in change processes.
