You can register by clicking the Find out more about the world of Genetic Testing! link. You will be asked several questions and upon completion your registration request will be added to a list. Someone from our team will personally grant access (or deny) to our site. After this an email will be sent from to the email address you provided containing your username and password. This process can take a few hours up to a day.
At the top right you should see a small login form. Here you can enter your username and password as they were provided to you in the registration e-mail. By checking the box next to 'Save password', the browser will remember your username and password by means of a cookie. If you don't want your password remembered, just leave it unchecked.
When logging in you just have to check the box next to 'Save password' and your browser will remember your username and password. This is done by means of cookies. So if you
remove all your cookies from your browser, you will have to re-enter your password again. To remove cookies look at the help files for your specific browser.
Note: Most browsers have their own system of remembering passwords. E.g. Internet explorer uses the 'Auto Complete' function and Firefox uses as Password
Manager. These features also work with this site, but are not supported.
If you click the
'Forgotten password' link located on the top right of your screen, you can enter your email address. If you click the button an email containing your username
and password will be sent to this email address. Please make sure it is the same email address you registered with.
First make sure you are logged in ok. You can check this by clicking the refresh button of your browser. If at the top right of your screen you see the same as the screenshot above, you are properly logged in. If you are logged in and you still get this error, it means the page is restricted and you don't have sufficient access. If you would like access to this page or you believe you already should have access to this page you can contact us with this email address: .
You can change your personal information on the 'Personal Details' page after you are logged in.
Yes. On your 'My EuroGentest' page you will find a link at the top which leads you to a page to change your password.
